Facebook Video Ads for Non-Profits & Social Enterprises
The non-profit organization I started had an interesting problem a couple years ago. During our fundraising computer repair nights, one of our guests asked what the fundraiser was for. Just that question alone let me know our marketing was a little off. You see, everybody loves our fundraising night because they can get their computer repaired for only $10 which helps us raise money to get computers to underprivileged kids around the world. But because our guests are way too excited about the computer repair part of our ministry, they didn’t really tell anybody about our outreach part.
So, we had to throw together a video and got it out as quickly as possible to raise awareness of what our outreach is all about.
I also wanted to show you the graph on how many people we reached with the video and how little we spend to reach them. We only ran the ad for about 2 weeks and even though the ad has been stopped for months now, we still get donors and supporters from this campaign. Awesomeness!!
So just by running this ad, 8,643 people watch our video! We also added a call to action so that people could donate towards our cause and help support our mission.
Once again, a really good reason to start making your videos and getting them out through a Facebook Ad!
